Hello! I'm Dave Weill. It was never my plan to start a podcast but here we are. Honestly I originally didn’t even want to start a podcast. I kinda felt like Jonah, but this was my assignment so I chose to fully surrender to this calling.
Life doesn’t always go the way we expect—but that doesn’t mean it’s not going exactly as God intended. Hello, I’m Dave. I went to seminary to be in full time ministry, and now I own a SteaknShake. THIS WAS NOT MY PLAN! However, I learned God is at work all around us and we can actively be involved on a daily basis.
It was not my plan to go to War with my mother and write a book “Deployed with my mother.” Inside these pages is also a powerful story of forgiveness and compassion. (Available at Amazon)

Since marrying my wonderful wife, Trish, in 2000, we’ve built a life together with our four amazing children. When I’m not busy with family, business, or speaking engagements, you’ll likely find me on the pickleball court, golf course, or throwing a disc in a round of disc golf—always up for a little competition and a good time.
